Is the diagnosis fee waived if I do the repair at your shop?
We do charge for our time, including diagnosis. If you move forward with the repair, the diagnostic fee is often built into the total cost of the job rather than billed separately, and depending on the job, we may waive it altogether. If we're only performing a diagnosis with no repair, the fee applies on its own.
Does your shop provide towing services?
We don't tow vehicles ourselves, but we work with Wells Towing for reliable third-party service. Give them a call at (912) 233-7295 directly to arrange a tow.

No. Due to the highly specialized nature of German engineering, we find it more cost effective to have the vehicle towed and/or driven to our shop.
Can you do BMW and Mercedes warranty or recall work?
No, you'll need to take it to a certified dealership for warranty and recall work.
Do you offer courtesy transportation?
Yes, on a case by case basis, typically reserved for larger jobs.
Can I provide my own parts?
No. We stand behind our work with a solid parts-and-labor warranty, so we generally don't accept customer-provided parts, except under special circumstances.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. We recommend scheduling an appointment so we can give your vehicle the time and attention it needs.
Can I drop my vehicle off after hours?
Yes. Once your appointment is confirmed, you're welcome to park outside our shop and drop your key in the green key dropbox, located on the front right gate as you're facing the shop.
Do you sell vehicles too?
Yes. We're a Georgia-licensed used car dealer. While it's not our primary focus, we can help with your buying and selling needs.
